Introducing "Matterhorning" at the Swiss Alps 100 – A Challenge Like No Other!

Are you ready to push your limits and conquer the equivalent of Switzerland's most iconic mountain? In 2027, for the 10th edition of the Swiss Alps 100, you will have the opportunity to ascend from Fiesch to Fiescheralp four times, achieving a total elevation gain of over 4,478 metres — the same as the legendary Matterhorn.

This isn’t just a race; it’s a test of endurance, resilience, and heart. With each climb, you’ll feel the burn in your legs and the reward of standing atop Fiescheralp, knowing you’re one step closer to joining the ranks of Matterhorning legends.

Finishers will receive a beautiful medal. See the race weekend schedule page for check-in and race start times. The total cut-off time is 14.5 hours and there a fully stocked aid stations per loop at the start/finish line.
