- YES. You can always upgrade your distance during the virtual race for free by emailing us at rd@swissalps100.com.

- Do I have to run the whole way?
- No. You can run or walk.
- How will I report my kilometer or miles?
- Once this challenge starts you can click the link "Submit KM/Miles" above where you can submit your kilometers or mileages.

- If I ordered the medal will I get it for sure?
- In order to earn your finisher's medal, you'll have to finish your total challenge distance on August 13, 2023. If you don't reach the total required distance you will not receive your medal. But if you ordered a shirt and/or running hat then you will get those.
- When do I get the shirt, running hat or the finisher's medal?
- We will mail out the items you've ordered after August 13th. If on August 13, 2023 you have not reached your distance, we will mail you your shirt and/or running hat if you ordered one. But you will not get the medal even if you ordered one.
